Welcome

Saxmundham Sports Tennis Club.  This is a small, friendly and family orientated tennis club.  The club caters for tennis players of all standards from beginners to advanced players, Juniors, Intermediates, Match Players and Senior Citizens.

Facilities. The club has THREE all weather courts, all  floodlit, and of course these have been very popular during the winter months. 

Teams.  We have two mixed teams. These matches are usually played in the evenings mid-week.

Club Sessions.             Adult Club Players          Tuesday and Thursday evenings                    7pm - 10.30pm

                                                                                Sunday Mornings                                      10.00am - 1.00pm

                                    Junior Club Players            Supervised - Tuesday                                 4.30pm - 6.00pm

                                    Juniors      have priority on courts 2 & 3 every afternoon                    4.30pm - 6.00pm

                                    League Matches                  Wednesday and Friday evenings

                                                                                 from mid May until the end of July

Court Hire.   The courts are available for hire per hour: Adults  £2.00, Juniors £1.00, plus £5.00 deposit 

                      for the key. The key is available from the secretary and B.C.Fisher (Ironmongers), 

                       Market Square, Saxmundham ( Open daily 9am - 5pm, Sundays 10am - 1pm ).

                        Courts must be vacated from 6.30pm on match nights.
